Rice University Covid Safety and Guidelines
Rice University’s protocols for responding to the COVID-19 pandemic have been rooted in the safety for our students, faculty, staff and other community partners and visitors. We are continuing to follow guidelines provided by the CDC as well as local and state protocols and requirements.
We strongly encourage everyone to wear masks while indoors during the workshop. For people who have special health concerns or want a higher level of protection, a well-fitted KN95 mask offers good protection for the user. Please feel free to stop by the registration table and we will be happy to provide you with a KN95 mask when requested.
If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the workshop that day and let the coordinators know. We will arrange for you to attend the workshop virtually. We have purchased a stock of Covid test kits, which we will drop off at the hotel front desk where you are staying.

All parking on campus is accessed by credit card. Use the same credit card to exit at the end of the day. All-day parking costs $12. For additional information go to Parking for Visitors.
